What's Included
Every Turnover, Every Room
Bedrooms (each)
- Beds made with host's provided linens
- Pillows arranged and presentable
- All surfaces dusted (nightstands, dressers, shelves)
- Mirrors wiped
- Interior window surfaces wiped
- Floors vacuumed and/or mopped (hard floors)
- Any visible clutter or leftover guest items addressed
We make beds with your provided linens. We do not provide, launder, or supply linens or bedding.
Bathrooms (each)
- Toilet cleaned and sanitized (bowl, seat, base, exterior)
- Sink and vanity scrubbed and sanitized
- Tub and/or shower cleaned and sanitized
- Mirrors wiped streak-free
- Fixtures wiped
- Counter surfaces cleared and cleaned
- Towels arranged with host's provided towels
- Floor swept and mopped
- Trash emptied and liner replaced (if provided)
We arrange towels you provide. We do not supply towels or toiletries, or restock amenities unless explicitly confirmed as part of your service.
Kitchen
- Countertops cleaned and sanitized
- Sink scrubbed and sanitized
- Stovetop wiped down
- Exterior of appliances wiped
- Inside microwave cleaned
- Dishes checked — washed if left by guests (or loaded into dishwasher)
- Trash emptied and new liner placed (if provided by host)
- Floor swept and mopped
We do not restock coffee, tea, condiments, or kitchen supplies unless separately confirmed.
Living & Dining Areas
- All surfaces dusted and wiped (tables, shelves, entertainment unit)
- Sofa and seating — cushions straightened and fluffed
- Mirrors and glass wiped
- Floors vacuumed and/or mopped
- Interior window surfaces wiped
- Any leftover guest items addressed
Throughout Property
- All trash removed from every room
- All surfaces dusted and wiped (reachable areas)
- Floors cleaned throughout
- Doors, handles, and light switches wiped
- Property visually inspected for guest-ready presentation
- Any items left by previous guests removed or placed aside
A visual guest-ready check — not a formal property management or damage inspection service. We do not document damage or communicate with guests.
