Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
No. We bring the cleaning products and equipment needed for the service. If you have a particular product you'd like used on a specific surface, just let us know before the appointment and we'll accommodate where possible.
What's the difference between Standard and Deep Cleaning?
Standard Cleaning is designed for routine home maintenance — keeping your home fresh and tidy on a regular basis. Deep Cleaning provides more detailed attention to areas and buildup that aren't normally covered during routine cleaning, including baseboards, ceiling fans, blinds, grout lines, and more. If your home needs more than upkeep, Deep Cleaning is the better fit.
How long will my cleaning take?
Cleaning time depends on the size and condition of your home, the number of bathrooms, any requested add-ons, and other factors. Once we have details about your home, we can give you a better estimate.
What does a recurring cleaning visit include?
Every recurring visit covers the same comprehensive cleaning as our Standard Cleaning service — kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and throughout the home. Your space gets a full, thorough clean on every scheduled visit.
What scheduling options are available for recurring cleaning?
We offer weekly, biweekly, and monthly scheduling. Availability and the best fit for your home can be discussed when you request your quote.
What's the difference between Move-In/Out Cleaning and Deep Cleaning?
Our Deep Cleaning covers your home thoroughly — baseboards, ceiling fans, grout, blinds, and more. Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning goes even further, specifically for transitioning homes: we clean inside all kitchen cabinets and drawers, inside the oven, inside the refrigerator, inside closets, and spot-clean walls. It's built for a complete property reset.
Does the home need to be empty for a Move-In/Out Cleaning?
Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning is designed for transitioning homes — ideally empty or near-empty. This allows us to properly clean inside cabinets, closets, and all surfaces without working around furniture. If your home is partially furnished, let us know when you request your quote so we can account for it.
Do you provide linens or towels for Airbnb / short-term rental turnovers?
No — we make the beds and arrange the towels, but the linens and towels need to be provided by you as the host. We don't supply, launder, or deliver bedding.
